Celtic Sarongs

anyone know how to tie a hawaiian sarong bathing suit? i was in hawaii and learned but its been a few years and ive forgotten anyone know how to do this?

I bought this inexpensive but very cute Hawaiian Sarong at the country fair so how do I tie it into a dress? I bought this inexpensive but very cute Hawaiian Sarong at the county fair. I'm going to Hawaii this summer. The sarong is full length. At the ends of the sarong there are these two straps. There also is two button holes at the top of the sarong where you can tie your sarong. This sarong can be transformed into a skirt or a dress. The problem I have though is that when I bought this sarong I forgot to ask the lady how to transform the sarong into a dress. Please can help me!! I've spent hours trying to find this particular sarong online and how I would tie into a dress. Do you know how to tie this particular sarong into a dress? does anyone know of a good website to find sarongs for bridesmaids for an hawaiian themed wedding? My mom is having a Hawaiian themed wedding by poolside. We are trying to find some bridesmaids sarongs or pareos, but coming up short. The colors are going to be specific, purple or lilac. Any suggestions?

Wedding guest attire for hawaiian theme wedding? My fiance and I are having a hawaiian themed wedding. We would like our guests to come in nice hawaiian attire, but we don't want jeans and t-shirts. I am afraid if I put "casual" on the invitation, that's what we'll end up with. How can I tell my guests that although it's not black-tie, it's not jeans and t-shirts either. What are activities to do on oahu? Where can we take pictures? This will be my 6th time going to hawaii and all the other times i've gone, we've just visited family and ahve gone to waikiki, ala moana (mall/beach), diamond head, pearl harbor, and the dole plantation. Fun times but I would love to do other things. My friend's boyfriend said there's so much more i have to do. He suggested north shore, a surf museum, lagoons, luaus, and eating a certain hot dog? I've had shaved iced and spam but i want more of a hawaiian experience...also snorkling, luas, etc... Also, we're meeting with other family members (1st cousins) i haven't seen (or met) in years. My cousin (who went to farrington high school) said that alot of friends would pitch in and take pictures? She said something how everyone would meet at a location and have a photographer take group pictures. The family would looove to do this but we don't know where and who to contact that's not too expensive. Another random question: i'm interested in buying a sarong. Should i just buy one here (bc i heard its more expensive there?) or just get 1 at the international market? How much would stuff cost?
